GREE: Urgent Issue That Hasn't Been Addressed For 2 Weeks

Ticket number 2981251 has not yet been answered.
This is the second time we have sent it. First one was almost 2 weeks ago and still no response.

This is a major issue and we would like it sorted as the CC community will experience this issue as well.

Please bring this ticket to the attention to someone who can handle the issue.

Get in line... I been sending tickets to allow me change my avatar to be transgender. I think it is time gree gets with the times on this issue. Pangender, gendervoid, and genderfluid would also be great categories to add.

If its the feature where you can open 10 crates at one time, its been fixed and published in the new update. (not really sure if this helps a lot of players, but anyway... )
