1/10 heroic EB reward? is it supposed to stack or not???!

The quantity of Embalmed Blade Ballistae that is rewarded for completing the goal: "Igor, The Gravedigger Returned: Legendary 1/10" is a design error. The reward quantity will be reduced to 1.

No. However at 4/10 the Embalmed Abyssal Archon also has a 1% energy back bonus.
