Haven't gotten orbs in a while. Is RB going away, or are orbs no longer going to be needed?

There are no plans at this time to end Raid Boss as an event. Players can expect another Raid Boss most likely in June.

So kill us with war 3 weekends in a row, kill us with epic boss health that is not sustainable, kill us with never ending box events that are unachievable, kill us with never ending iltq and not let us enjoy the one remaining item we enjoy barring the guild part of the event that is unattainable by guilds under 50 members. Amazingly enough we only battle 2 of 3 days during war because of burnout and we still end up in top 150 without gem spending and only 26 members. Do the math, basically we are all being killed.

Will it require orbs? Will all orbs have to be purchased?

Yes it will require orbs. They will drop from enemies and Epic Boss as they did previously. They will also be buyable using honor as usual.

I have not received any orbs from PvE or EB.

When is RB scheduled?
(Buried city Slaughter CoK is scheduled for 5.27-5.28.)

Not until June. Unfortunately I can't be more specific than that.

Looks like we'll have plenty of time to farm orbs before RB begins.
