The syndicate I am in recently achieved Stage 10 of the syndicate base. Now we are no longer able to access Smuggling, Legal, Star & Political power previously donated to the syndicate. Is anyone else having this issue?

If you donated more than you needed to achieve stage 10, the extras are gone...Don't donate anymore, you need them individually for producing resources.
