Help. A majority of our guild is getting errors and characters are gone. Even though the correct Game Center account is listed a level 1 character is there. We have thousands of dollars invested cumulatively. Fix yesterday please

Our guild completed 5/5 and the ones who stayed in guild (27 people so far) gave error. The ones that jumped out are fine ???

It seems it's guild specific. I am a part of demonic Knights guild 358719109. Anyone in guild can't log on

I am a member in this guild and it has been more than 7 hours that I can't log in. We are lossing progress in the game - I won't finish iltq because of that.

Gree it had been 10 hours by now, no one in my guild can log in.
Are you trying helping us ? or is it a sign for us to quit ?

Eniya and demonic knights, you are not alone, there have been others, one of our GOV members have suffered same issue and reports in tip room as well (kakao, gm etc ).

Any news about this problem? We have already missed out on the Iltq and numerous box openings. Our gold buildings have been raided and we have received no response from any emails sent to support. War starts in a few hours and we have no idea if we will even be able to participate. Any sort of update would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,

If you're seeing the new level 1 account, can you write in a ticket from that new account? It will help with the investigation.

We can't. When we try to log in it says error login detected on another device. Restart your device. Never get into the game. It's our entire guild 48 people. Different devices different iOS systems. Only unifying factor is our guild code. Game Center still works with other games. It's your code somewhere.

We can't. When we try to log in it says error login detected on another device. Restart your device. Never get into the game. It's our entire guild 48 people. Different devices different iOS systems. Only unifying factor is our guild code. Game Center still works with other games. It's your code somewhere.

PM me your ID & I'll pass it on if you want, and maybe that'll help them investigate faster thru your game log.

I passed on your guild ID from above already... not sure if that can help them or not.
