Maximum cash get by attack?!

i am on lvl 7, and i attack and won a guy with $24xxxx in hand, but how come i can get only $350 from that person? shouldn't it be 10% of cash from the guy?

My secodary is level 7 with over 100k on hand it appears that there is a formula like (level)*(50) equals in this case 350$ which is the most i've ever lost from a fight.

It is likely he spent the cash before you robbed him.
The cash shown in the rivals profile is what was there when you entered his hood, if you successfully attack someone and get cash, you will see this figure does not go down.

It does work the other way.
You can enter a hood and see $0, but win lost on an attack, see my other post $15k in one hit.

Maximum cash that can be robbed from an opponent is capped.
I remember hitting a guy for $4000 EXACTLY, when he had far more, then hitting him 3 more times for $4000. Was a while ago so a lower level.
I'm wondering if anyone knows how the caps work - WITH LEVEL?

I'm level 112 and the max I got was 30k...

But 30k x 10 was pretty crazy sometimes ;)
