LTQ is severely broken

I've been trying to do the normal LTQ but it's like taps aren't registering. If a target takes 12 total kills only 3 register. I close the game and reopen and do like half a level at a time. If I can get a whole level done it crashes when I try to do two in a row. I've also noticed when trying to do a goal I show 4/4 on the target but if I click somewhere else on the screen and back to the NPC I'm only 2/4. When a goal does finish the lag is horrendous. This is horrible.
