Need help from administrator or moderator please

Sorry that i need to open a thread but as i see no one can send a pm to ask for help to a moderators because that option is removed.

I am not asking help for me i am asking in the name of a few people that registered in forum but they didn't got a email confirmation from Gree so they could activate their profiles and start to post or open threads in Gree forum.

I know it is not a problem on email that they are using,i told them to use gmail,hotmail,yahoo etc and nothing helps,no email confirmation from Gree.

Can any of administrator or moderator help to solve this situation so people can activate their profiles in here.

Thanks upfront from the help and i really wish you help those players because they are your costumers too and they want to be active and in forum

Thanks to Vile Lynn, I'm finally in. It took a while for the admins to get around to it.

Yeah, staff (not including me) is usually off during the weekends. So if you request on Thursday or Friday, it might not be until Monday or Tuesday that they activate accounts.
