The event officially runs from 03:00 - 0:200, so you should be able to switch factions in the hour between events.

Yup just saw that but have we ever had factions unlock immediately after a FL or WD except way way way back when folks shuffled players to take advantage of bonuses. Then gree got 'smart' and lef the factions locked for up to 1 hour after the event. Either way I made my changes before the start of FL just in case but we'll see shortly....

Thanks for the heads up AO. In recent events it has taken over an hour before moving etc etc
