Better late than never. I just received the backlog of upgrade popups for this building. Kind of sorry I stopped at 6.

It got reduced upgrade times though. Had mine at lvl12, and was taking a day or so for each level. After the goals appeared, 8 hours to upgrade. So I guess everyone should make it even if you didn't build it before.
