A/D dropping

Has anyone else noticed the a/d stats dropping the last 2 or 3 days?
I know that during that last boss event stats went up and down but they keep on dropping. I just spend 15B on a faction bonus (infantry attack +5%) and my attack stats dropped 3B

Can't be the valour unit glitch cause I never bought any.

Stats kept on dropping every day so I gave it a hand.
