Crate event - screwed out of prize

I was on 9 tokens in the past crate event. My faction has completed the faction HQ to 10, one of those 'rewards' of doing so is a 3% chance at getting x2 tokens opening a crate. During my next open I got x2 tokens, putting me at a total of 11 tokens. Doing so did NOT grant me the prize for achieving 10 tokens - which is the one that counts because it has a boost.

not sure what this has to do with goals? do you understand that by receiving the double tokens at 9 directly to 11 it skipped the trigger to award me the prize at 10? Ticket submitted, yet to get a reply.

Same thing still happen. On 8 token. Done the LTq n got two more tokens but two prizes are not awarded. What happen? Shall I send in a ticket?

So nothing new. Everything they do it gets messed up and what do you know more problems.

Have to send in a ticket to have them add the unit to your inventory

The same thing was happening during the last crate event. I sent a ticket in then and have yet to receive a reply.

Missing 9+10. Ticket with screen shots sent in yesterday.
Nearly every action by the player requires screen shots and then Grees Data does not match Data on device.

This is happening more and more with the box event units being available in ltq. If you get the x2 or x3 tokens and it skips a goal, you dont get that prize. Not resolved yet from the tickets I have sent. Getting stupid.

We have a fix for that system that will address the issue. However, we'd like to send it through more testing before release. I will announce the change as soon as it's ready.
