Goals / SB: Water Generate 1 ----- broken, as expected

Day #2, no other thread, so I am giving it a shot.

Whats the deal with this new, broken goal. Premature release? Surprise, surprise.
Generate resources to prosper your syndicate base.
Generate 50 water.
Hit the visit button, and, a shocker, ERROR / UNKNOWN ERROR. Again, surprise, surprise...

Your syndicate base has to be at Level 10 to do this goal.

It's also an individual goal, you have to produce water with your account to finish the goal.

I just finished it and got 5 credits

Ahhhhhhhh, okay, thank you for the rule. It would have been nice for Gree to add that important tidbit to the actual goal description.
Actually, the goal shouldn't even show up until a syndicate even reaches that plateau...logic never applies.

Is there a "how to" manual on this syndicate base thing?
My syndicate just got it unlocked.
