I purchased a Delta Squadron 79.99 gold package and still have not received any of the gold or item that came with it who do I need to contact I have sent an email to tech help last night but no response

Please write in a support ticket through the in-game Contact Support button. One of our CS agents will take care of you.

Note: Contact Support can be found by going to the Main Menu->More...->Help.

A screenshot of your emailed receipt should be fine. Please note that it must clearly show the date, package purchased, order number and account ID/Google Email.

If you did multiple purchases on the same day as your missing purchase, please also include a screenshot of your purchase history.

For Google Wallet, please provide the email you use to make purchases with and the purchase history as found through the steps detailed here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2850369?hl=en.

I did this last night but I don't know how I would have gotten a screen shot of payment

If you're on an iOS device, try to buy the gold again but "cancel" at the final screen. That will usually clear it up.

I sent in a screen shot that I have ITunes email me from last night can you confirm you received it?

This suggestion will get the gold to show up. It has for me in the past.
