No Targeting System on Coastal U 5/10 ??

Just like to point out that Ultimate Weapon info posted States there is a targeting system for completing Ultimate 5/10 of current Coastal LTQ....
GUESS WHAT? I follow goals and completed Ultimate 5/10,which also required completing all of Normal goals but DID NOT RECIEVE TARGETING SYSTEM?
Does every single event have to be Flawed?
Another event brings another MESS.

did u complete the goal chain. To get the targeting system(which is on 6/6) you must complete 1-5 first which will lead you to part 6 - completing ultimate 5/10 in the ltq...once you do that you will get the targeting system

Thanks,no I just done normal and then Ultimate,didn't realise you needed to do It in Sequence :D
