No info in the splash screen, no info in the HOT OFF THE TRUCK SALE store.

Purely speculation, but I would guess it's similar to the 'upgrade specialist' that gives you a +1 building upgrade ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't think it's +1 because the specialist is still in the store for 199. My guess would be it's a time reducer.

Well it mentions items and resources, so maybe related to the syn base? Who knows?

If you look at the splash screen...it's called the LE Expert. Used if you buy those limited edition buildings ect.(mod buildings and other LE events) not the LTB or regular buildings??? Is what I'm thinking???

I get alrdy one and that for buildings, if that for time maybe called reduce time idk...

Yes, once the Upgrade Expert data is remedied, players will be able to upgrade more buildings i.e., Max Building Upgrade +4

The dev team is currently in the process of a fix. Stay tuned for the update.
