With the current record held by The Art of War for 23 straight wins in War Event, will Silent Assassins soon be crowned the real all-time greats of this game?

Record:

14 Fight Club
1 Lights Out
23 The Art of War
1 Silent Assassins
2 The Art of War
22 Silent Assassins

Yeah sort of like when roger Maris took the home run record from babe Ruth. No one cared. Just another sign of the decline of the game.

They know this, but let's not pretend it would matter even if they beat fight club's total number. Everyone knows they tried their absolute hardest to beat fight club for years and failed repeatedly. We also know what's changed since those days... Fight club pretty much retired, and no one else gives a crap about it. WTG, SAS... you da champs!

Approved! The auto-moderator got ya! Hopefully, once you get to 10 posts the auto-mod will go away. Let me know if you have any other posts that haven't gone thru.

Didn't the Molly Mcguires once win 800 straight battles?
Pretty sure I learnt that in history 101.

The Mollies were in an unusual situation in this game... you see, if they exerted themselves at all and accidentally flexed too hard, they would break the game. Despite never losing a battle, they never showed up in the leaderboard because their final scores would just show up as something like -898298392859/0. Oh well, It's just a game, and it's not like they bought gold or anything.

Does anyone care if they win war anymore?

Let's be honest here, the game isn't what it used to be and the war prizes are some of the worst prizes offered now.

Oh Gee I'm top 5? Great, that doesn't help my stats....Except for the mod that helps with war.

Top ten standing these days is like hanging onto your old WOW account. Golf clap for you, but honestly, who cares?

If you messured who made the most IP over those periods, I think SAS would need a few years still to catch up.

My team would take the next 20 years LOL

I don't know what you're talking about.. the Mollies hold the record at 63 straight consecutive wins... soon to be 64

Reading the history of the game, Fighting Club owned CC. SAS will always be "wanna be's". Fight Club will always be #1. SAS and Indians will forever be #2 regardless of where the game evolves in the future.

Indians were only wannabes before organized team play started to mean something. Their delusions were quickly crushed, and that was about the last time we heard about them.

Let's be technical, FC won battles. Then LIGHTS OUT that had several FC members then taws wins.

FC, lights out, and TAW were all the same team. SAS won the game by defeating them. I doubt breaking the TAW streak has any meaning for anyone, breaking the record for all the wins combined might for some, but all I needed to see was the FC/LOC/TAW team lose. Anything from that point forward is gravy.

It was bound to happen eventually... boredom would bring them down if nothing else.

I guess we will never know, as SAS took them out before it got to that point.
