Brick drop rate?

We greatly appreciate the feedback we have heard on the forums regarding the rate at which you are able to obtain Bricks.

As such we've adjusted the amount of Bricks that drop when attacking Rivals.

So the question that everyone is asking is the drop rate more or less than it already is?

Right. At least you are seeing an improvment.

I used to get 1 brick from 2-3 out of 20 attacks, rarely 2 bricks if I got a lucky double-drop.

Now, I'm getting bricks from 4-5 out of 20 PvP attacks with 1-4 bricks dropping. The 4 bricks might have been a double 2; I've gotten 3 bricks in 1 attack. If I get 8 bricks in 1 attack (double 4), then I'd guess 4 was max.

My brick hunter is loving this!!

Very true... For example, it took me a few restarts before I got a boss to finally pop yesterday.

Ummm.... no, you got a double drop from the syn base bonus.

@ Android users...

Please check how many bricks you have before & after PvP brick hunting. I heard it's a display issue that only shows 1 on the fight screen, but you are getting more added to your inventory. Go to syndicate donations to check brick amount.

Vile Lynn, my display has always shown just 1 brick, and still is. The last few days, when attacking rivals, it will show the usual 1 brick, but when I go to donate that brick, its been 2 or 3, mostly 3. I know I am not accumulating them since I tend to be cautious and donate it/them as soon as I get them.

All in all, thanks mods, for getting this looked into :)

Both have the same version, build and data, 7.1.0, 273, cc_20160310_67234.

On the device that is not getting enough bricks, try deleting and reinstalling the app. I know it sounds like a stupid idea since you're using the same version, but sometimes funny things happen like a corrupted file or data bug or something. Reinstalling it might help, might not, but worth a try! Let me know if that makes a difference. Good luck!

Vike Lynn, I finally got a brick during an attack, and it was actually 4, so hopefully I won't need to do so many attacks from now on. I will test again and will hopefully remember to post back ;)

I didn't get a chance to do any attacking today nor reinstalling on my other Android, but someone on ios said he noticed a drop in bricks acquired when attacking rivals, specifically today. Not really sure if its relevant, just thought I would mention since he is a daily player.

I am on Android and it seems to have tightened back up again since the "maintenance". I was getting one every 10 attacks or so, now it seems to be back to one every 30 or so.

The drop rate definitely seems to have fallen back again. Need 35,000 of these things to complete the base. Kinda ridiculous. Might as well offer a limited gold building that produces them. I cut my spending back but that would a hot selling item for gree.

I dunno, I managed to donate 34 bricks berween my 2 accounts in a 4 hour span. Much better than its been in quite a while, it's progress.
Each grouping of bricks was awarded in one shot, not accumulated.

6 bricks after 6 attacks
3 bricks after 10 attacks
7 bricks after 23 attacks and 4 robberies

Right. Bricks drop from attacks only, never from robbing buildings.

In case anybody is wondering... Bricks do not come out of your rival's inventory when you attack or your inventory when you are attacked.
