Can't retrieve knight

I went through the process of retrieving my knight, but after I entered the code the game restarted and keeps giving me the error that it can't retrieve my knight.

It's been a while since I last played.

Any suggestions??

Our developers have addressed this issue, where Knights cannot be retrieved, and have found the cause. The fix will be available in an upcoming game update. The update should be live in a couple weeks approximately, depending on Apple's approval process.
