The ILTQ we had during war gave us 200 militia for levels 1 and 3, 100 Trade for level 5, and 20? Arcana for level 7. Ok, this makes sense with us needing 250,000 militia for stage 8 of the citadel. But tonight's ILTQ only gave us 1 militia for those levels.
I don't think we will ever finish with 1 militia at a time. If this is a mistake, please fix it for the next ILTQ.
Gree doesn't have a clue what they are doing. They don't even care. Look at the stupid boost buildings that were released for a limited time without telling us. Look at these new packs with equipment so ridiculously strong that it has to be an error. There is no quality control and no thought put into this game because Gree just doesn't care.

I'm pretty sure it's correct.
The same kind of LTQs are happening in Crime City: one LTQ gives huge numbers of base items, like in the thousands, but the next LTQ (which begins an hour afterwards) gives none, then thousands, then none.... nobody even cares enough to say anything about it in CC. It's been that way for several cycles... not a big deal.
I've been looking for a pattern in KA, but I blow threw it too fast or skip some that I haven't noticed a pattern, yet. Besides, they'll switch it up sooner or later anyway.
