I know you have your hands full with the energy goal reward issue. Several members have Health bar is empty. Tried refilling using health pack and gold. Tried shutting down and restarting. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling game. On ipad iOS latest ver. I put a ticket in. Request#2866291 and 2870902. My ID: 711 139 609. Please help us with this issue. It affects many players.

Same issue here. I haven't been able to hit since first battle. 3 accounts linked to same game center on 1 device, the health bar problem is only on 1 account.

We are looking into it, and this information helps a lot when handing off to engineers. Thank you for giving this out!

The issue started on 2/25/2016 in the last hours of the raid boss event. Maybe a data push?
put out about 11AM EST.?

UPDATE!!! Ipad Healthbar seems to be working now i can hit bosses!!

We have put in a server-side fix, but it's not the full solution. Once complete, I'll post, but the engineers think the bandaid will work for now. Thanks for confirmation. I'm concerned others may still be having the issue.

President Hightower: my account has been working since the bandaid. Haven't heard of any others with the problem in my faction since the bandaid. Thanks for your help.

Just a more general point... good to see some Gree presence on the forum, and someone who knows what's going on...sorely needed

looks like ios users have gotten extra regen with this latest fix. so droid once again loses out

looks like ios users have gotten extra regen with this latest fix. so droid once again loses out
I have both IOS and droid,both regens are exactly the same!!

I also have IOS and there was no jump in regen here.
