Are we going to get the health and energy units we got in the specified time limit or not. Your players deserve an honest answer. I would like the 19.99 package that I purchased to be returned if I am not getting the units and boosts that I thought I would be getting. Thank you

TBH, I don't know or have any way of knowing how this will be handled as I'm a player, too. (Ya'know, I don't work in GREEland.) I'm waiting for an solution with everybody else.

To change unit boosts AFTER players have earned items and spent time and money to do so is despicable behaviour.
This mess needs to be sorted now,any honourable company would return what has been earned Immediately.
These boosts are not going to affect the game much but the fact GREE have changed them After they were earned may have a bigger impact.
Do the honourable thing GREE,return the boosts to what they were,this will cost much more in long run,expect another exodus of players spending/playing this game if this issue is not resolved quickly....

can you please elaborate on what you mean by not removing the items that players received during that time?

all my health and energy regen items were removed.

Ok then i would have went after different unit's/goals an now no way to change that????
What a joke!! Just more excuses for what was earned and in my inventory,then removed for your so called mistake! 5 energy regens don't cover 9,667 energy wasted on normal!!
And what about update that has empty Health Bar but says Full when try to fill its says already full,
So missed the whole WD!!
