I'm not sure if this is some new tactic of yours, or just more incompetence. You owe it to your paying customers to have the rewards posted before the war.

on the other hand: why not waiting till the battle has started? What would change if gree does so? Nothing.... only that we don't risk to have mini-guilds for what reason ever....

I thought the norm was to post rewards when CoK began, not before.

Generally rank prizes are posted about a week before war so guilds can plan strategy. Last cycle an odd prize placement was made that likely would have cost gree a lot of revenue as guilds went low to get it. Seems Gree learned the wrong lesson.
