Can we have every other war giving attack mods as the syndicate rewards please! My defense is now higher than my attack!

I've never liked or wanted def mods... but my HLP's attack is still way higher than my def.

This is why GREE never listens to player suggestions...

...maybe it's because you have none?

You have a short memory. I explained what would happen a long time ago when the whole forum was whining about having too many attack mods as prizes. No one listened to me then. My only point here is that people are going to whine no matter what they do, so they should probably just ignore any player design suggestions.

Dippy, I here you, but logic is if I have more targets in war the more I can spend. No targets= no gold needed

I remember this. The argument then was, "What's the point of building stats if someone 50 levels lower than you can attack you?" Now, the argument is, "What's the point of building stats if you can't attack anyone?"

In reality, the argument should be reduced to, "What's the point of building stats?"

Isn't that kinda' the objective of this game? ...build stats to attack rivals?

If one is in a syndicate that matches rival syndicates with stats too high for one to hit (iow zero targets), then they might be in the wrong syndicate.

OR, one can be a wall/hideout-hitter and carried points-wise by syn mates until one's stats are high enough to have "good-enough-to-gold-hit" targets in every battle.

the smart move? give say mafia mod of 10%. let each player in the tier decide if they want it to be attack or defense.

Well, getting a mod of some % is ok. But, there are other parts of CC, not just war weekend, that are based on your "raw stats". Not these inflated mod stats. I for one enjoy the current Raid Boss, with the leaderboard and Epic Boss taken as far as time allow's. Even get some defensive wins during war weekend. It's nice to see some green, amongst the red, on the news feed. Well, back to killing Epic Bosses and getting some bricks. Happy gaming mate.

I would say if Gree had listened to any of their customers suggestions over the last couple of years than this game might not be circling the drain like it is now...

Not true. If they listened to Evan, our stats would all have exceeded the longint capacity by now.

I posted this same thread months ago, foreseeing the same problem discussed in this thread.

Dipstick, there are players in Modern War with quadrillions of stats (I heard that from someone, no idea if it's true but it's quite possible). Stats can be whatever they want.

I'm sure if they listened to my common sense suggestions, there wouldn't be nearly as many players retiring (if any at all), and GREE would be making more money then they are now.

My common sense suggestions:

Make duplicate prizes stack
Don't make prizes great one event, then crap the next, for the same amount of gold
Don't intentionally try to screw player's over

That last one is tough for them. Gree developers and management are constantly getting pressure from their board and subsequently from their shareholders due to underperforming. Their only sustainable model is to screw players over, which is unsustainable.

Guess that would depend on what YOUR definition of getting screwed over is...

Very true. I don't personally feel screwed over, per se. I don't even feel deceived or manipulated. I do, however, feel like every deceptive and manipulative tactic in the industry has been applied, resulting in a lot of good people making misinformed or otherwise "bad" choices. The liability ultimately lies with the player, but since several of the weak have been preyed upon, I do feel that some players qualify as being classified as "screwed over."

For some reason I received an infraction for this post three days after it was posted. I wonder if some mod just wanted to give me a bunch of infractions in a row so they could ban me without following the usual rules about needing multiple infractions in a certain period of time...

Hi Dipstik, nice to have you back :D

This is so off topic. Will I get banned now...

I can remember one mod who behaved similarly, but any post mentioning his name gets deleted.

My attack is only 200m ahead of my defense now. Come RB's end it'll pass it

Yes it is true, there are players in Modern WAr with Quadrillion stats. 10 trillion worth of stats in modern war is low. Gree killed modern war with stat inflation, hopefully you guys in cc aren't feeling the same pain. Stats in MW are worthless, money is worthless now also. I have 2.9 billion IPH and that is low, but I have nothing to spend it on.
