View Full Version : Can we have limited time building quests again?

We were having LTBs for a year or so, suddenly they just disappeared. Why?
More importantly this was an event that we all liked. Gave us something to work on. We've been getting a lot of Gem buildings lately, how about some buildings that only cost gold? The Church of Necromanys, the Goblin Jail, the Tuetonic Traders were all very nice buildings that everyone could afford.

Not everything you do needs to be about getting us to spend gems. We also need somethings we like to do without gems if you want KA to have long term sustainability.

But yeah, some gold buildings will be more than welcome again.

Personally I think the types of buildings could be expanded upon. Aside from gold and boost buildings, you could have buildings that generate citadel items or stones and buildings with health and energy regen reduction bonuses. Probably wishful thinking but maybe a building that generates gems. Most games have gems (or their equivalent) available as a daily log in bonus. This could be a good way to implement that concept into the game. Plus in the long run, this could expand the pool of players that buy gems. Get the taste of how gems impact playing experience and you'll see more players buy gems. The LTB quest is a good opportunity to roll out these options.
