View Full Version : Still no access to my game.

Dear forum

One of my players has now been unable to access his game for over a month.
His ID is 297-514-146 (Adron)

He has contacted gree numerous times without any solution.
Things seemed to go wrong when droids got locked out. He linked his game to iOS and since then he's been unable to access his main account.

I know there are moderators who read this forum.id be grateful if this can be looked into

You will not get anywhere on forum from gree just like tickets.

What a waste this forum has gotten from the donkeys at gree.

If I knew a way I would say. But I don't think it will be long before we are all locked out. Just spend a lot of time with input on the email u get on how your service was. I for one feel sorry for the few support staff and give them credit. But for the useless bunch of development team maybe there should be a email on what we think of there service. Sw71 to be honest if they have not sorted it then it looks like the account is dead. Unless you try and sort it yourself. GREE more worried about keeping the light's on then worry about someone account at this moment in time. (Oh I do love the question on would you recommend this game to a friend) I to embarrassed to let them know I play mw lol I want to keep them lol

I have a friend that could not get in game. He had his lawyer send gree a formal letter and then he all of a sudden could log in game. I believe that will be the only way gree will respond. But good luck to you friend.

Unfortunately this issue is at gree's end. Only thing he came do is to keep replying to the first auto reply that his initial message generated. That is the only way support seems to respond, if you keep creating new tickets you will never hear back from them. Last ticket I sent in took about two weeks to get a response from a real person.
