Leveled up and no skill points

Who am I kidding, of course not...

Anyone knows a workaround? or do support do actually something about it?

Just got to 326. Sent a ticket, support gave me the maths, and I have to agree, it all makes sense, between the 5/5 maps and the level ups. Unless we once got skill points from elsewhere. Does someone recall something like that?
In the meantime, i'll try to find some old screenshots of the skill points reset...
