NOT SO GREAT FOR ME.... everytime I see the freebies It comes with the dreaded session expired, restart game screen superimposed on it and I get nuth'n.. pretty frustrating.

Check the special tab and click on the items and see if there's a number next to it. It should auto add to your inventory.
