No one in my guild got any of the prizes for below t200. We noticed it easily because nobody got the chest. Please fix this asap!

In my guilds only the first 9 prizes were awarded. Anything past 9 was not given. T50 guilds are missing 6 prizes, T100 guilds are missing 4 prizes.

Finished 150 didn't get the chest either - curious if lower guilds got it

Yes, my T300 guild got theirs. Only 7 prizes at that level.

23 tickets sent. One for each toon missing prizes.

Same in SVC and SVC 2. Please let us know if we should all send tickets of if it will be fixed for all

Same has happened here. Please fix it Gree, or you'll get another 40+ tickets from our guild next days.

Many of our members are getting replies asking for what event (wtf) and saying that their game isn't up to date. Totally worthless responses.
One response said that he already had the prizes and listed them down to the t200 unit. Hello, we got those! It was the ones below that we didn't get.

Looks like our only hope is here on the forum!

Unfortunately, that chest was completely worthless now that the store has such good equipment you can buy for your army, lol
