New Faction HQ - What do we know?

Like the thread say, what do we know about this? All we know for sure is we get a +5% boost to IPH. We know there are other boost but we don't know what. It throws a bunch of new stuff like Propaganda, Recruiting, RND (this is funny by the way) and Logistic.

We don't know what these do or how to even get them. If what is being said about this is true, most of us can't even get this because they are so high up in the goals to get. Would have been nice to get a complete rundown on this.

if the MW set up is the same as the KA, then items will only be available as additinal prizes during events for example
getting the 8 units on the crates we will also have 3 additional goals (same units but broken into 3 sets, each set will drop an item)

we will also see that 99% of the items will basically be only available for those that like to burn gold, as in KA mainly the top 20 guilds are the only ones being able to "afford" them

It also seems late to try and add to faction play. It seems like a desperate measure for gree as they should have added more faction elements to the game long before the game started sinking.

what we all know is that it won't work or will need at least a truck or vault of good per faction member to get anything useful, cash / raid valor boost or mission payout will be prizes for early level which most factions will just get and are ALL completely pointless

What I do know is... Since this new feature. It takes me about 4-5 attempts to get in the game now. Lucky as some cannot at all. We all agreed in a faction thats its a waste of time and just another glitch. And to be honest if they just fixed the bugs and communicated more then yes this would be a great game again
