When are the supposed Dev teams going to answer any of our questions, I see loads of posts but no replies how long do you guys have off for Holidays!!!!!

It's feels like the forums are not for answers but for the occasional locked sticky thread asking people to spend gold.

The development team is busy figuring out ways to get people to spend more gold and less about answering questions!

Funny how their automated ticket response has the following:

They want the senior members of this forum to do GREE's job! How incompetent can GREE be?

Still waiting on a resolution for a ticket submitted over 2 months ago and have gotten 2 replies from 3 tickets submitted so far. Yet, no solutions so far!
