What is considered as a reasonable timeframe to get an answer to a ticket?
And above all, a reasonable timeframe to get your ticket resolved?

One day for canned response. A week for personal, but unrelated response. Two weeks to pass information to a specialist. Three weeks to request information that has already been provided. Four weeks to start process all over again, while hoping you enjoy the gaming experience.
