View Full Version : Please reduce crafting time of legendary armors

Material for legendary amors from heroic mode start to clog my armories. I would like to craft all of them as enhancement fodder but 3 days crafting time is way too long.
Please reduce to 1 day, same as Ultra Rare.

Why would you want to craft 4*s for enhancement fodder? Armor of the Infernal Lord, Roc Feather Robes, Swamp Shaman Robes, and Spectral Captain's Uniform yield the same EP as 4*s with only maximum 24 hour craft time. Crafting cost is cheaper for Swamp Shaman, Spectral Captain and Roc Feather (only by 5,000 for Roc). I would craft basic armors and combine them into 50 EP armors first, unless you're short on fusion stones, then I would craft the 2* armors from Heroic Mode (only take 8 hours and yield 50 EP for matched element)

That's why legendary crafting time should be reduced to 8 hours actually.
As it is, legendaries have become garbage (just as a reminder for Gree).

I think there's a simple solution to your problem Konny, just don't craft Legendaries, there isn't a set limit to fragments in the Armor Smith it's just your preference to how many you want to have. I think they should reduce the crafting time for Legendaries to 36 hours, a reasonable crafting time for Legendaries in my opinion.

36 are still WAY too long compared with the rest of the game.
I'm surprised the users have to tell Gree this ... don't they have anyone playing their own game?

You really can't expect GREE to make it so crafting Legendaries will have the same duration as 3*s because that'll make it lose its 'value' and there are people who don't bother with Legendaries anymore too. We should actually have a smelting option for fragments in the Armor Smith in fact.

The only source of 4* materials currently is heroic mode. Which you can only do if you already have a couple good armours. 3*s were always only useful as a stepping stone to beat level 15 epic bosses. I don't think anyone ever crafted more than three 3* to actually enhance&wear so they never had any real value.
And now anyone doing heroic mode already has 5* armors from epic bosses, none of the outdated 4*s from heroic modes are ever going to be enhanced&used. With 3 day crafting time all of the 4* materials will be forever in the armory.
Just give me a way to get rid of them, lower crafting time or smelting them. Thousands of bronze materials only take 4 spots, but the 4* materials are dozens different to swipe through. Getting rid of them also means less data to store on the servers.

That's a good idea (that probably won't get implemented, unfortunately)

No it doesn't. Any epic boss that you encountered, even if you have zero pieces, is still listed in your armorsmith.
Just scroll past the basics and you'll see a list of all the craftables sorted by star level and how many pieces you are missing. Lots of 1/50 for me when I stopped at epic boss lvl 43 and also a Horseman's Battlegear at 0/50 (all 50 pieces missing).

Yeah Marco is correct, as long as you encounter the Epic Boss or you played when the Epic Boss was still active, the Armor will appear in your Armor Smith.

Dear GREE, I am very happy with that change. Heroic mode now provides enhancement fodder and that raffle for crafting in the next days is a real nice touch. Thanks a lot :-)

This is something that done by GREE that is unexpected, but seriously why do they fix the most minor of issues but then when there are larger or more major ones they just avoid it?

The boss for snakeskin is in relic ruins valor, and probably the harder ones too.

Nice move, forcing me to reluctantly congratulate Gree for a change. :cool:
Now remove having to pay to get more armor slots (remove the limit altogether to be able to craft) and you'll see a happy guy.
I can't craft anything since more than a year now.

A small issue with this is there hasnt been any news about it on EU server, we got the same update as global but I guess we dont have the same giveaway with raffle tickets for each legendary crafted.
Some kind of news about it ingame would have been nice I guess, but I love the update, hope it stays :-)

Roookey1, seeing that GREE actually listens to us sometimes, maybe you should make a new thread with a suggestion.
I don't have that problem, but one solution might be to allow smelting all kinds of armors not into gold but into 5* fusion boosts. It should count the non-matching enhancement points of the smelted armors and combine as much as needed to get to 2500 points. It takes 62,5 non-matching 2* armors for 2500 points. Fusing 62,5 armors into a high level armor costs 1875000 gold so the smelting should reflect that and cost let's say 2 million gold.
Another solution that's easier implemented would be to just allow crafting of 5* armors even if you are above the limit. That doesn't get rid of the excess armors, but if you can craft 5* maybe you fuse the others into them over time.
