Customer service story from cell provider:

Fri. night I was trying to use their website to upgrade my phone. It was a nightmare. Broken links, seriously misdirected links, horrible page loads, incorrect account info, you name it, it was broken. After two hours, I think I had an upgraded phone on the way, but not 100% sure, not sure it was correctly billed to my account. At some point I got one of those little pop ups asking if I'd like to take a survey about my experience using the site. YOU BET!, though I wasn't expecting much other than to be able to vent my frustrations.

Sat. afternoon I took the survey. Sunday evening I had a voicemail from them apologizing up and down and asking me to please contact them to resolve all of the issues I encountered. I have yet to do so, but I have to give them credit for trying. It is like absolutely nothing any of us have ever seen here, nor never will.
