First, offering a reward, letting folks spend money/resources farming that reward, and then stealing that reward flat sucks.

However, as you instructed, I sent the ticket to support. First, I got the canned response, then I got the response that they assigned my ticket to a specialist. However, after investigation I got the following:

I understand your frustration and apologize for the difficulties that were experienced.

Unfortunately, we are not authorized to offer any compensation. I will pass your feedback directly to our developers for further consideration. Again, thanks for taking the time to message us.

Did you just flat lie to us? How can you justify this action? I'm curious as to your response.

Even worse is the EB counter not working. If I've spent all that extra time killing for silence from Gree, I'm done with this game!

IMHO, which is not an official GREE opinion, you exploited a glitch, an obvious error, and really don't deserve to be compensated for the resources you used while exploiting that glitch/error.

You can't argue that it was a legitimate reward drop for a low-level RB, when you knew it was the same reward for finishing RB Normal. The error was obvious to many players. Exploiting it was a poor choice... just sayin'

Gree is taking crooked tactics to a whole new level. No way do I believe all these errors are by accident, they are done on purpose by gree to try and rob players of their money.

It was a legitimate reward.

You knew it was not a legitimate reward drop unit for an L30 RB. Everybody knew that.
I'm not saying players shouldn't be compensated but stuff happens.

Sirius, would you also please care to let us know what is going on with EB? many of us have spent gems and lots of time to kills OVER 100 bosses, but the mayority has have their goals reset again and again to 50/100 kills

if in doubt, I guess all what support needs to do is check players inventory to see how many of the EB rewards they have, and you will confirm many with over 100 of them

Please give us an answer as to how will support handle this as EB is to end in 2 hours

FYI, I sent ticket 2 days ago, and still waiting for a response

Actually no one could be 100% sure that was not the reward as we cannot read minds and GREE is run by a bunch of imbeciles that can't roll out an event bug-free to save their lives. We are frustrated by GREE's incompetence and just want GREE to fix the issues that plaque this game.

So, Should I have hope that the "ghost of black feather" will be added to my inventory and to all other players that won it? (1- completed 50 kills, 2- completed legendary (35 more kills) and 3- killed 100 bosses (for insurance killed about 25+ bosses) even though goal keeps reseting to 50/100

I know it is hard sometimes to find the bug and fix it, but any idea when we should expect the EB issue to be resolved and prizes delivered?

I think its good us the players find these mishaps. However, it isn't exactly rocket science to make a game work in the correct manor. I think GREE needs a complete reformation, led by a gamer so they can address any issues, also, programming a game isn't hard. Just need fingers, eyes and a decent understanding of code language.

In conclusion, GREE NEEDS a reformation, new CEO, because its what the players want.

When an L30 RB drops units that is the same unit for completing RB Normal, you can be 100% sure that it is a mistake. Really.

That's 100% total BS. There is just no other way I can state that. Many, MANY times GREE has changed the game for stat inflation that looked like it may be an error when in fact it was not an error. On top of that, many other times there were mistakes by GREE when we were allowed to keep the rewards.

I'm surprised a mod would actually state something like that.

You realize not everyone sees the same splash screens at the same time, right? And that when it says 'complete xxx for prize zzz' you have no idea what the prior prizes are? I think you're telling yourself it was more obvious than it really was so you can justify your opinion that it's fine to screw over the farmers

I got battle health refills to compensate the gems I spent during farming, but gotta the "sorry, better luck next time" for the honor points.

Gree made the nth mistake and we took advantage of that. Gree SHOULD be punished for that. But no, in the end it's always the players who get punished in this game.
When there is a mistake made in the players' advantage it always gets rectified without compensation for the materials used (gems, health potions, honor, time...).
When gree makes a mistake in the players' disadvantage they don't rectify it at all, then they don't give you what is rightfully yours.
It is simply the policy of this company to not refund at all.
Btw, I posted in several previous posts that gree would not refund anything at all for this glitch, obviously I was right.

Gree has to help those that spent gems/honor points to farm because even if you knew you farm the wrong reward, as long as it was not sure what Gree would do it could have been a deadly mistake for your stats not to farm - but really: big thx that they had the courage to fix the wrong drop reward. I would have liked to farm it for my stats, yes.... But as a founder I know that it would have been a big problem for many reasons if it would have been possible to farm this reward for several days - and it would have caused a bad misbalance (is this a word in English?) in stats.
And yes, no one can really tell me that he didn't know that this was the wrong reward!

I keep getting sent in circles and getting told that they are not able to compensate for the issue, even when I send the SS the GREE is refunding gems/honor. I'm just asking for my honor to be refunded. I feel horrible for those that are still waiting to have their gems returned to them.

I wonder if you can get any thicker than you actually are...

Well maybe Gree can toss another 250 gems your way for you to continue to be incoherent, not adding value to the posts and keep on polishing that apple. If Gree doesn't give you that hit me up I can always toss around a mountain of gems or two to pipe down backscratchers like you.

I am a player for T3 team and you know how much we pay for this game. I am just appalled by the idea that they are making moderators like yourself on a game that we spent as much as we do.

Do not blindly defend your bosses, have some basis and gather some facts by going around accusing people of exploiting a glitch, how were you aware of the glitch yourself? No points for guessing how...

EB was an absolute travesty, 3 EB and all 3 of them had resettled kills back to 50s when I was on 95, what is your defence on this. I dare you to say I was glitching, or hacking or another cover-butt response, so that I can throw all the iTunes invoicesto your face, I got for this month alone. I wrote the Gree and what do you know another standard response of sorry bla bla, we can't help you bla bla... and gems wasted again. Why do we have to keep justifying and having to provide screenshots to show your mistakes and errors to you. If any of my employee spoke in anyway that you are speaking or in anyway that you are threating us the customers, the boot will find their butt so fast, they wouldn't even have time to realise what had hit them.

Don't be ridiculous and insult players being a moderator doesn't give you right to belittle any of the player be it free or paying.

I am only playing the game to keep my ties and connection to my fellow guild mates I come to love and respect, so I don't mind all the Countless errors of Gree to an extent, but I will not accept is your ridiculous notions of glitching, hacking and whatever else you have been throwing at people's face.
