In game chat not working

Since the beginning of the war this past weekend, iv been unable to use the in game chat at all within my guild.
Constantly getting a message to say the chat has been temporarily suspended.

Can anyone provide troubleshooting tips on this?
Iv tried just about everything from reinstalling to clearing the cache, to even just waiting to let it clear itself, but nothing works..
Any help would be appreciated.

I have never seen that problem or heard of others having that problem. I just checked my in game chat function and it works fine. I think the problem you are experiencing is unique and specific to your own user account. Please submit a ticket to gree through menu-options-faq-support.

Most active guilds use a different chat app to communicate anyway. Does your guild do that? I use LINE app.

It's really weird, I've had it the odd time before, but it's never been this persistent.
I'll log a ticket up, thanks.

Yeah, we use LINE to communicate, but this is for a new guild, with members that (presumably) don't have LINE, i need to type in the in-game chat to find out.
