What do I do!

I quit playing for a couple years or so and decided to start playing again. I noticed stats have inflated tremendously. I am wondering if I should start over or just keep moving with my old acct. The account is level 181 with only 53m/38m stats and no syn.. I know, it sucks. So just wondering if I should continue or start anew. Also, is level/stat balance the same or did they fix it so gaining levels dont hurt you. Thanks in advance!

hey mate. Short answer. Had same issue 6 months ago. Restarted with 2.5M stats and lvl 250 acct. :( Now I'm 5.9B/4.2B... so go ahead and restart with old account. Find some good syndicate.
Spent multiple vaults of gold though...

Depends on whether you earned a lot of bonuses on the old account. If not, try out a new account and see if you enjoy the benefits of lower levels more.

I was in a t10/t25 syn back when those stats were useful but idk if the bonuses would be worth it. As much as I hate to do it, I think I will start over. So does your level still have an impact on pvp and ability to raid or is it mafia score?

My advice should you start a new account is to pick up the "starter pack" to help kick start your iph. The Street Assault event will be boring if you don't have a decent iph & they stack the event back to back multiple times per cycle.

Yes you are still punished for level in some events.

I'd keep your old account. If you have t10 bonuses and a decent iph, you can make up a lot of ground with store items. If you spend gold, a top team will still take you.

If you quit a couple years ago and you're lvl181 with 53m/38m stats, I'd guess you were a gold user.
If you're still planning on being a gold user, I'd suggest opening 2000 crates (60k gold) and you'll be back up in the billions.
Or if you're tight on gold, then open 1000 crates (30k gold)

Definitely keep the old account, join a good syn, try to build up your stats with store items and the case event if you have gold (maybe not 60k's worth but :p) and be active

You can also kickstart your IPH by buying the upgrade specialist in the "specials" tab in the store. 199 gold for a +1 upgrade modifier and you can buy two of them.

You can join like a T1-200 and work your way up as your stats grow. If you're having trouble finding a syn pm me and I can get you into some recruiting rooms on line/GroupMe

Yes I burned a vault a week back then and I cant do that anymire. This game is designed so you must pay to stay at the top and I dont have pockets like that. This acct has like 12m IPH so I will continue building it but I found that my tablet had a lvl 50 @ 30m/20m stats that might be easier than starting over with.

They do and the top 2 come with mafia att and def mods.

Yup. Pretty much nothing is finishable for free anymore.

It's pretty much GREE's way of saying that the game is not f2p anymore but mostly p2w/p2p, so maybe GREE should put that in the app description.
