You have to understand the GREEdy ones, this war score were very low, thus they needed to schedule another before the end of the month in order to meet monthly revenue targets

Lol, this is obvious an error. Those of you that choose to participate in this will have your rewards taken away. Of course, only AFTER you use your gems.

I am seeing "Abyssal Annihilation 10:29 - 10:31".
So that would be a 2-day war starting in 10 days, starting Thursday and ending Saturday (I'm U.S. Pacific Time).
I would like more, shorter wars. But Thursday to Saturday seems like an odd choice.

Great thing is that the LTB now is only 9 days. So a lot of players will not finish this, if Gree doesnt change the upgrade time.

I don't know if this matters , but both CC and MW have their normal wars that weekend , I think MW is 4 days

This upcoming CoK will be a short one - 36 hours.

Will we be thrown to the wolves with some new implementation that we are unaware of for this short cycle and have to figure it out and hope it works correctly or will we be given some information regarding the event prior other than this? What else is there that we need to know?

36 hours war will be 72 (possible) 30 minute battles less waiting period so still chance for about 60 battles

Short time event but gree will want to get as much participation ($$$$$$) as a 3 day 1 hour battle war

Hmmm...I forgot all about the short cycle.

EB kills not counting
Pumpkins not being paid out because the EB counter is broken
Customer service sending out canned responses telling us "we're passing it on to the developers"
No word on the forum
15 quests in our quest list.
Frustrations are mounting
Many of us have already quit the game only halfway into this short cycle.

Is this any way to run a business?

You guys know the reason the why the war will start on Thursday and end on Saturday right? My theory is that on Sunday, November 1st, is the changeover from daylight savings time to standard time. GREE usually locks down the servers on the changeover, so there would no declaring during that time, many people would be mad if this were the case. Also the last war was very low scoring, I assume most people buy gems at the beginning of war when the gem sales usually start. GREE probably didn't make as much profit during the last war so they had to schedule a war this month to meet their monthly quota. Just my 2 cents.

The war start time has now been moved up and will now end at 2am eastern US/7am CET (assuming war is still 36 hours and that hasn't been changed too). The end time is awful for all but the players in Asia/Australia. Any other changes that we should be aware of?

Bummer about the end time for Euro-players. I was hoping this would work out better for once. At least it's good for Asia & Aust.


I have asked for confirmation for the start time.
Just in case we get none, please go by the in-game timer and have your guilds ready: members in/out, walls built, etc...

I also asked about the formate for this 36hr War.
I would guess we'll have 1hr battles, but like many have posted: it could be 30min battles. If no confirmation, we'll find out when war begins. Heh, maybe we'll get 3min battles if they typo for 30mins! Remember the war that started with 6min battles? That was fun!

iow, be prepared for anything! ;)

lol. I think we are a big group that's part of a psychological experiment. It's just an experiment to see how much a company can totally screw its customers before they stop forking over huge sums of money. Yes, people still give GREE money after all that!!!
