Why is it that sometimes upgrading a boost building the upgrade does nothing.
No stat or bonus % increase

Does it say there will be no betterment of the Boost Building in that little upgrade thingy that comes on with the cost of doing it? If not, then does the next upgrade promise more? Is it just a way to throw away game cash?
