Won't load on iOS 9.0.2 either. Just sits on connecting to server forever.

This is a known issue. Submit a ticket so they are alerted to the fact that you account is affected. You will need to input your friend code

I have sent them 6 emails about this over the course of the past 24 hours and have not gotten a single response. I am a GM of a guild pushing t10 and it is infuriating that I haven't been able to play on my account. It loads up, goes to the black screen, then crashes. It's obvious the account files are corrupted and only they can fix it. Ticket #2692292 and #2693826.

I can't submit a ticket because I can't get into the game.

I think you can submit a ticket from their website also... you should know your friend code though, I'm sure they'll need it.
