well,
after two years of playing the game I have final been hit with a massive glitch. I was moving my account from phone to ipad as normal. and now will not load. I have tried everything. games center on game center on. deleted games. all with no luck just the black screen of death. normally I can deal with it . but this time I am push 10. and it is not just me we have lose four people to this glitch this time. now I will have a really hard time hitting the min milestones and at this rate the guild will fall out of t10 placement. I did send a ticket but I have not even received the auto email back. I am at a lose now. any advice.

that bug is now fixed, and almost everyone who were affected should be able to log in now. If your account is still affected, submit a ticket and they will address it right away:

Except they won't reply with anything useful until at least 3 days after you've sent your ticket.

well it took about 4 hrs but they got it fixed. thank you gree. missed some of the push but at least I can get to smashing.
