Glitch during Raid Boss

Gree, all

Last night there was a glitch in the game in which the Raid Boss became hidden. DragonLance Heroes was half way through lvl 22/22 Heroic of the Raid Boss when this occurred. This is the furthest we have gone, and we invested a fair bit of time and money into getting that far and we had the time to complete heroic. Because boss 13 became invisible, we were unable to engage it and it escaped. Because of this we lost 12 100 lvl bosses.

Clearly, this was an honest mistake on the part of Gree, and we we have submitted tickets. We are curious if any other guild is in this situation as well.

Gree - can you please let us know how you plan to rectify the situation?

This happened to a lot of guilds. It caused many to miss heroic due to the time it takes to coordinate and kill so many high level bosses. The ticket placed verified the completion of the previous levels and they made sure everyone got them but it doesn't help the 10 plus hours lost on the level. I hope this is something corrected for future RB events. It's disheartening for those who spent so much time and for those who gemmed to fall short.
