Raid Boss Levels Completed But Not Advancing

King Arthur's Roundtable completed 22/22 of raid boss. Once we killed the final boss the level did not complete and 2 hours later we received a prompt that the boss escaped and we had to start back at 0/20 again. How do we get this fixed??
