No there is no LTB whilst they fix these so called issues.

Go ahead and upgrade those nightclubs.

I'm guessing that they are piloting that boost building purchase goal thing where you use insane amounts of gold to complete the building buy goals. If enough people (fools) buy them, ltb's will be a thing of the past and IPH will be useless.

I use my money to upgrade buildings. That's it.

Oh, and a bit here and there on SA deploys.

I'm almost out of LTB's to upgrade. Soon I'll only have SA to spend money on. Oh, and I occasionally buy dinner for all my accomplices.

It's been useless for a long long time.

Its been useful for upgrading LTBs to level 9 or 10 before time would run out for those of us too lazy to rob. But if the LTBs will be gold from now on, yeah...useless.
