On the subject of whiners, could someone help me out? I'm trying to remember the name of a poster, who had to be the biggest whiner ever on this forum. He was always whining about: jumping during raid boss; moderators being heavy handed; people harrassing him; whined about almost every post of Evan'; about ideas other posters came up with; threads being moved to OT; people asking for refunds for gold or expecting to get what was promised for their gold; and many other topics. Does anyone recall his/her name? Thanks in advance.

Appreciate the advice, Dipstik. On the surface it may have looked like giving in, but I was giving the thread a chance to redeem and get on topics pertaining to Crime City. That didn't happen, so it was moved to off-topic.

Good, so we can really talk about popcorn. It's about time.

Back in the day we would pop our popcorn with butter in a heated pan, and then sprinkle salt and pour butter on that popcorn.

It was magnificent. No hot air poppers, no microwave in a bag. Real, legit popcorn, with lots of butter and salt, that was popped in butter.

Nowadays, you got sweet popcorn, or kids putting duck semen or tears (or both) on popcorn to make it salty.

And that is why America will fall.

China and Russia are going to be garnering global adoration with a quickness for taking care of this middle east problem.

If only you'd stuck to salt and butter on butter-popped popcorn, all of this could have been avoided.

While you might tell yourself that your adolescent retorts are for Red's amusement, the reality is that you have to reply. Why? Because you're addicted to the forum and you suffer an inferiority complex, so you have to reply to anyone that you feel is either a threat to your status as Forum King or worse, if someone comes across more intelligent than you.

It's really quite sad that you have invested so much into this forum that it consumes so much of your life. The ironic part is that you make fun of those that spend money to get to the top of Crime City, when your addiction is actually worse. You bully and harass those that don't kowtow in your presence, but whine whenever you are called out for your beliefs (most of which are either wrong or antiquated). You like to present yourself as an expert and authority on many fields, but it's obvious that you really get your talking points (especially the legal ones) by watching daytime TV. I really find you quite amusing to watch, but I worry about what may happen to you when the game finally shuts down (it may not be imminent, but it will happen). In any case, I hope you have a great rest of the day and I thank you for the time you've spent reading my post.

Another good tool in your arsenal: the redirect. When someone gets under your skin accuse them of being/or acting like someone else (Jess, Santa, etc.). In reality, you exhibit all of the same traits that you accuse Jess, and others, of. Now would be a good time for you to tell me again that I obviously don't read your posts because it's just not true and you are constantly harassed, and blah, blah, blah.
