You have to buy all five new boost buildings (375 gold each) for 1/2. If the similar MW event is anything to go by you'd need to upgrade them all to level 10 to finish it. Any takers?

Gree were retarded to allow such a gross disparity to open up. The game only becomes unplayable if you yourself become obsessed by stats though. I'm never going to see those players in game (unless the rivals list goes back to how it used to be), so they effectively don't exist for me. :)
It's the same as getting your knickers in a twist about duplicated individual prizes. It only matters if you're a gold spender. The ones lower down (if you even score enough to qualify) are unlikely to get in your mob, so big deal.

Fantastic. Two-and-a-half vaults to buy the buildings. Lord knows how many to do those upgrades (45 of them!) and you get to beat up people you can probably already beat up. Where's my credit card! :)

Sometimes I get bored with my phone and I think, "Maybe I'll try Crime City again." Then I come here and see threads like this, and I laugh.
Always good to see the game is still kicking, for the sake of a few folks. I can only imagine what will happen once some of these guys' "investment" pops and there's nothing left.

The worst quarter for players in a long time as Gree can't seem to put out a quality product across its platform.
Looks like Gree hasn't made it's 3Q earnings by far and is hoping enough suckers er players buy into the 40% off sale.
Free players will just wander off to other games.
The last of the whales, a dying player species, will continue buying until....
