I just updated my ipad to ios 9.0 and the game will not launch. Any thoughts?

Read back all over the forum, update will not work. As of yet no solution.

1-delete the game
2-wait 1h
3-install the game

You will be able to connect about 10 times then it will lock again you will need to do step 1-2-3 again
