S.A. battles stuck on War declared page.

Yes, my syndicate has been stuck like that too. But other syndicates are still battling. Have everyone open tickets.

It's been ~31 hrs for us declaring every 45 mins with no match ups. Ranked in T25 last SA now sitting at 370.

Haven't had a single issue with SA except it crashing after deploys. Crashing not as bad as it was at the start of event.

This is insane. When SA first started I thought they finally did something right, the goals were fixed, indi doesn't utterly suck anymore (still sucks but) and demon farming is back! But now half the syndicates can't declare? I mean come on.

I'm done rambling. I just hope something is done for the syndicates that couldn't declare for most if not all of the event.

did any of the teams having an issue matching try changing the leader? not sure if that makes a difference or not, just an idea.

The last matched declare we had was Friday 10:40 PM CT. We are currently at 67 unmatched declares and counting. Every officer has tried declaring, we've changed names, tried declaring with two fingers, tried declaring on the toilet, we've uninstalled/installed, tried declaring while singing "Baby come back, you can blame it all on me, I was wrong, and I just can't live without you.", our Euros, Aussies and U.S. peeps have all given it a go.

My syndicate was having the same problem with long matching times... started after the first day.

If your syndicate is stuck, have everybody send in a ticket so GREE can track the issue better. Put "SA Matching Problem" (or soemthing like that) in the subject line so they know first off what's going on.

I think with long regen times, too few syndicates are declaring and it messes up the matching algorithm or it times-out. If GREE changes it too much, we'll get bad matches. *shrugs*

True. At least with a bad match, customers can still deploy for points even if you have to give up all the bonus points.

Matches during the final hours should be better since more will be declaring. But if your syn is stuck, that sucks!

Hopefully, this won't happen to anybody in CC...I know how it feels: my MW faction had to completely ditch all of our maxed-out bonuses. We had to start a brand new faction because we went 2 whole cycles with NO Frontline (SA in CC) matches. GREE couldn't fix it by the 2nd cycle so we moved on... very annoying to lose all those bonuses just to do an event.

If something were preventing people from buying gold, they'd fix it PDQ. This thread is 4 pages long, and not a single comment from gree. Wtf is wrong with them, I'm just done at this point. The amount of hoops we have to jump through just to be able to play this crappy game is insane. At this point I am starting to think that this isn't really a game, but some kind of mobile Skinner box.

This issue happened to my syn a couple of SA wars ago, the 4 day SA event, and here's what happened:

1. During an epic battle the game just quit on us. We didn't get credit for battle and don't know how it turned out. We would declare, wait for hours for a battle declare time out, re declare and nothing would happen

2. We submitted tickets that Saturday and Sunday, all active syn members. Gree: No response. They don't really work on weekends.

3. On monday the response was: There are no SA related event issues. Elevated the tickets, asked them to look at our syn, still no issues. Also mysteriously the event unlocked about 6 hours before the end.

We elevated again. The response was engineers can find nothing wrong with event or syn. No response to SS sent to them showing our lockout situation.

We got awarded whatever came with SA points rank after being out of the game for over 48 hours. Essentially their response after this was you got your awards so issue is closed.

Gree doesn't care especially if it affects only a few syns and didn't identify issue when it happened to us. Good luck you'll probably get same response

We declared with 36mins and never got a final match. It would have been nice; we could have used the points, but nooooooo! At least we had 2 matches just before, but we had plenty of mates that could have gotten us more points.

Hate to say this, and I have no official response, but I wouldn't expect much if anything at all... If GREE does anything, you guys can be pleasanly surprised.

There will be another SA event.
Hopefully the matching-limbo lockout will be fixed by then.

But since my indi rank also suffered, instead of getting 5 decent indi prizes that all would've stacked I got 3 duplicates and 2 worthless items.

Declared 4 times entire SA, got the 800k 4 node prize, deployed less than 1400 choppers between both my 2 accounts (in syn on my tod), finished 1350ish and got 5 extra prizes for sweet FA, don't know what all the fuss is about����������
