EB level 100 cannot be killed

I have been trying to kill the level 100 he only needs 1 free hit to die but nothing happens
also when I try gold hits, system takes gold away but EB still refuses to die

All this happened with the latest data push agree just did about 30 minUtes ago

Always on a Friday! Come on Gree. Fix this please. You've got hundreds (if that many anymore) working on legendary who just got screwed on timed boss chain. How does this even happen after YEARS of pushing out this event???? I'm calling employee sabatoge or compete lack of skills / don't give a s&$@ anymore attitude.

Having same issue on 7/8 legendary so if escapes will have to start over and it is subtracting gold:mad:

Yes I sent ticket tried gold gem and free on 7/8 legendary just not right

Fastest fix ever. I'm shocked. Still had legendary boss expire and have to start all over but still amazed how fast that was corrected. Somebody has it together finally. Now maybe I can get my tickets answered for all those recent missing units and bonuses. Doubt it.
