Need help transferring devices

Hi all,

I am trying to transfer accounts from an android device to iOS but when I go through the steps it comes up with a message saying that the account has already been linked but I have not linked the accounts to iOS

What does this mean and how can I make it so I can transfer the accounts across?

You will have to contact gree support via a ticket in game they will tell you what the need for them to do it for you
